Home Information Packs (HIPs)
From 14th December 2007 anyone selling a property must have ordered a Home Information Pack before it is marketed. This Pack will include a sale statement, searches and evidence of title. The Pack will also include an Energy Performance Certificate, containing advice on how to cut emissions and fuel bills.
If you are selling a property Jefferies can provide the Home Information Pack for Free - you will just have to pay for the searches and energy report.
