Home Information Packs

From 14th December 2007 anyone selling a property must have ordered a Home Information Pack before it is marketed.

The Pack includes documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title. It will also include an Energy Performance Certificate, containing advice on how to cut emissions and bills.

If you are a seller you need to make sure you have commissioned a Pack by the time you market your property. Jefferies can provide this for you. If you are a buyer you need to make sure you ask for, and are provided with, a Home Information Pack.
