Roy Daby
Roy Daby joined Jefferies in 2001 as a Trainee, and was made a Partner in 2007. Roy has extensive Litigation experience and specialises in Employment Law, advising both employers and employees on such issues as Redundancy, Unfair Dismissal and Discrimination. For employers Roy drafts Contracts - from part time workers to Directors and Consultants. Roy has built up a reputation as offering sound, practical and cost effective advice enabling employers to make the decisions that are right and often necessary for their business survival.
